A report by the San Diego Reader states that As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is due to attend a new bail hearing today after his initial bail was believed to be set at $3 million.The hearing will take place in San Diego’s North County Superior Courthouse at 1.30pm local time.
Lambesis was arrested earlier this month on charges of attempting to organise the murder of his estranged wife.
