Formed in 2007, ESYLIUM is the result of an association between
three friends – Nicolas Andrade, Pedro Kodama and Rafael Ortega – that
joined themselves to participate in a band festival. After this, the
band continued working but, this time, making its own songs. In 2008,
with another member, they recorded their first “demo” and made concerts
in São Paulo’s clubs, showing their work. In

Passado isso, a banda continuou em atividade só que, desta vez, trabalhando em suas próprias músicas. Já em 2008, com mais um membro integrante, gravaram sua primeira demo e rodaram as casas de São Paulo mostrando seu trabalho. No final deste mesmo ano, alguns conflitos internos anteciparam as férias que mudaram o rumo da banda.
Nicolas, Pedro e Rafael continuaram trabalhando até, no início de 2010, entrar em estúdio para gravar seu primeiro álbum intitulado ANTIHERO. Produzido por Marcell Cardoso e Sérgio Gorini, este álbum explora diversas facetas da banda. A parceria com o vocalista Bruno Corey expandiu ainda mais os horizontes do grupo fazendo deste um CD único e muito aguardado.
Renovado e confiante, ESYLIUM começa 2011 lançando e divulgando seu trabalho, almejando cada vez mais reconhecimento e levando ROCK para as pessoas.
