Volbeat  esta lançando seu quinto album  Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies. Isto é uma  celebração de um Homen mau (Mulher)  do velho Oeste e a velha escola das bandas de metal

que  influenciou o jovem Michael Poulsen para forma o primeira banda, Dominus estão de volta anos 90.

 A maioria das faixas deste album, Dead But Rising, tem um figura real começando seu retorno a espiritualidade. Jon Poulsen, Pai de Michael , um fã ardoroso  de Elvis Presley e ele tinha por ambos  tanto pelo seu filho como por  Elvis. Quando ele morreu  a cinco anos atrás, ele jurou fazer uma perenigração ao no Memorial de Elvis em Graceland.

Ele  dirigia para Mississippi,  quando foi noticiado a morte de Elvis uma Aguia seguiu   o carrro.   Eu falava   "Que isto  é uma aguia?E   meu Pai  tentando falar  alguma coisa ?? Ele ficou emocionado  e decidiu seguir a Aguia . E  Dead But Rising (Morto Mas Nascido)  é sobre isto, tentando alcançar a Aguia. Eu digo  "Quando eu fui para casa" eu irei tattoar esta aguia em minas mão  em memória ao meu pai.

Eu tenho outras tattos : uma das aguia, o outro com nome do meu Pai.

Blood Ceremony - A Banda Com Influências De Black Sabbath e Jethro Tull #Metal

O BLOOD CEREMONY com sua frontwoman é a banda com estilo dos anos 70 mais adorada, dos de dia de  hoje. Estas são bandas que não necessariamente se enquadram na categoria metal, mas seu lado  sombrio, riffs meio blue vêm diretamente dos primórdios Bedrock de metal, por isso eles são abraçados pela maioria da comunidade. Se alguém queria ser um gênero nerd sobre isso, e a maioria dos fãs de metal que-pode-se referir a eles como pós-proto-metal, ou você pode simplesmente dizer que eles gostam de discografia do Black Sabbath ... muito.

Blood Ceremony de Toronto ainda está na vanguarda do movimento de retrocesso. Sua mistura de folk e hard rock progressivo toca ao lado de voz adocicada  de Alia O'Brien e sua flauta e competências no órgão, tornando o som da banda difícil de enquadrar .

"Geralmente, quando estamos recebendo nossas músicas prontas, eu não estou ouvindo tanta musica nova. Conduzindo a gravação de The Dark Eldritch eu estava ouvindo um monte de Fairport Convention e Black Sabbath", diz ele.

Toronto's Blood Ceremony is still at the forefront of the throwback movement. Their blend of folk and progressive hard rock plays alongside Alia O'Brien's buttery voice and flute and organ skills, making the band's sound tough to match. They've put two stellar full-lengths into the ether since their inception in 2006, and are set to release their third, The Eldritch Dark, later this month. Via email, guitar player Sean Kennedy has nothing to hide about the band's devotion to the sounds of old.
"Generally, while we're getting our songs ready, I'm not listening to very much new music at all. Leading up to recording The Eldritch Dark I was listening to a lot of Fairport Convention and Black Sabbath," he says.
Along with following the old guard's tonal cues, Blood Ceremony fills their songs with dark lyrical content. Subjects like witchcraft, paganism, and the occult drench every track and the band's aesthetic style. But not unlike most creepy hard-rock acts from the '70s, it's all for show—playing into the morbid curiosity of the fans.
"The pagan atmosphere in our songs come from a variety of sources and interests," Kennedy says. "Some of it's pop-occult stuff, other bits and pieces are from some of the more eccentric occult horror films of the late '60s and early '70s—a time when a lot of people had a serious interest in the occult."
Fun is fun, but according to Kennedy, just because Blood Ceremony isn't chanting and cutting themselves before each show doesn't mean they can't entrance their listeners. "With every performance we're trying to put our magic on the audience. If you can create a vibe with music that changes someone, even momentarily, then you've successfully cast a spell."

As I Lay Dying -Nova Denuncia Complica a Situação de Tim Lambesis #Metal

New Details On AS I LAY DYING Frontman Tim Lambesis' Arrest, Lawyer Switchover

 

 

A few weeks back the world was shocked when As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was arrested for attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. The supposed hitman ended up being an undercover cop. Lambesis has been locked up ever since, pleading not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder with a $2 million dollar bail set. Today, new information has been released on how Lambesis was actually captured.
An anonymous witness of the arrest told the San Diego Reader exactly how it went down:

An employee of the Oceanside Barnes & Noble who did not want to be named recounted the May 7 bookstore bust of As I Lay Dying lead singer Tim Lambesis this way: “It was about 2 p.m. My buddy was outside the store doing face-painting and the cops told him that he needed to stop immediately and go inside. Tim [Lambesis] was there with a friend just browsing. I saw one special task-force cop, two regular officers, and two undercover officers. They just pushed everyone aside and handcuffed him. It all happened so fast. It seemed like they were planning it out for a long time.”

When we originally reported on the story, it was reported that Lambesis was arrested after soliciting an undercover cop. Could this "cop" be the "friend" in the story above?
Lambesis' next court date is currently scheduled for June 10th. At the bail hearing last week, Lambesis was accompanied by a new laywer, Thomas Warwick after originally being represented by Anthony Salerno. No word on why Salerno was let go, as he initially saved Lambesis from a potential life sentence. Salerno, in an interview alleged Lambesis was being set up as Lambesis' brother-in-law is a sheriff deputy. Lambesis new lawyer, Warwick claimed at last week's bail hearing that steroid use clouded Lambesis' judgement.

Este é o tipo de coisa que eu acho totalmente desconcertante. Quer dizer, eu entendo que  tem a ver com assunto heavy metal, em teoria, mas é totalmente inviável, pois  sério você daria às alguma garota no estilo bikinis thongs (depende de quem usaria o bikini ) em forma de pentagram.  Além de  bobo (sim bobo é o preço não o bikini e nem de quem vai usa-lo ) , é muito caro: US $ 55 biquíni e um adicional de quatorze dólares se você quiser cobrir sua barriga. Sim, é US $ 69.( mais um adicional isto  é coisa  do  DEMÔNIOOOO ) Eu não estava familiarizado com o custo bikinis femininos (e existe bikini masculino por acaso ), mas eu (ele o cara que escreveu) fiz algumas pesquisas, e para comprar um biquíni não pentagram da H & M iria custar cerca de US $ 25. Então, isso equivale a pagar mais para um produto só porque ele tem o logotipo de uma banda em que nem sequer tem o logotipo de uma banda nele e sim Pentagrama - apenas a promessa estúpida as pessoas confundindo-lo com  simbolo judaico.

This is the kind of thing I find totally baffling. I mean I understand that it’s metal in theory, but it’s totally impractical because it seriously will give women a pentagram tan line, and that’s gonna look totally silly. Also, it’s overpriced: $55 for the bikini and an additional fourteen bucks if you want to cover your tummy. (Yes, it’s $69. How did it not occur to the purveyors of MASSblack that this would elicit chuckles? One dollar more or less, and it would have been a moot point!) Granted, I was not that familiar with the cost of women’s swimwear, but I did some research, and to buy a non-pentagram bikini from H&M would cost about $25. So this the equivalent of paying more than you should have to for a product just because it has a band’s logo on it, only this doesn’t even have a band’s logo on it (Pentagram would be the obvious choice) — just the promise of stupid people mistaking you for a very religious Jew all summer long.

Calling All Astronauts release their debut album Post Modern Conspiracy on May 19th.  The album is self-produced by frontman David B at Supersonic Studios.  Post production received some assistance from Harvey Birrell who has worked with The Buzzcocks.  With a bit of pedigree and two years in the making, Calling All Astronauts are very proud of this record and eager to share it with the world.
At first listen there is a lot for this group to be proud of.  They have put down some great dark-wave compositions. They successfully mix real instruments with electronica and then stir it around with alternative, goth and dubstep to create the gritty atmosphere needed to for the lyrics to thrive in.  Those lyrics speak messages of the human condition both in the context of current events along with just overall day-to-day heartbreak, frustration and anxiety.  David B’s baritone vocals are the icing on this this black frosted cake.
Calling All Astronauts went the extra mile to get their current fans involved with the creation of this album.  They asked fans to take pictures of themselves with “C”s and “A”s.  The photos were then made into a collage that is the inside sleeve of the CD packaging.

 Logo após o lançamento de seu álbum anterior Houses Of The Unholy (2009),  Hideki Fukasawa fundador da banda de algumas bands  hardcore deixou a banda e desapareceu literalmente! Depois de vários anos de ausência, Hideki agora está de volta e se juntou a ele é novo guitarrista Ikuma Kawabe (Dhidalah), que substitui Tom Sutton.
 Thy Kingdom Scumis é quarto album é  mais brutal e  pesado ainda. As composições amadureceram  e as performances individuais mais dinâmico e intenso. Riffs densos e robusto são baseadas principalmente no estilo rock / blues rock duro  dos anos 70, que são combinados com harcocre de Hideki influenciado pelo seuvocal sujo e  o sintetizador Kraut-rock-estilo-analógico. Estes elementos dão um toque único ao seu som , tornando-os totalmente diferente de todas as outras bandas atualmente na cena. Como de costume. as letras são sanguinários tudo sobre os serial killers, o que é um outro interesse de Tatsu Mikami (guitarra baixo).
 A canção cover Um Blind Mice foi originalmente escrito nos anos  70 do  Quatermass. A canção foi assassinado por Church Of Misery e depois renasceu como um outro vampiro do mal. Sua essências psicodélicas são arrastados por 13 minutos épico Dusseldorf Monster (Peter Kurten). Este tipo de pesos pesados ​​não são ouvidas no rock atual / gênero do metal em que a escória leve estão se espalhando aqui e ali.  Since the late 60’s, many rock bands from the Far East have received underground recognition in Western Countries. For example early 70s cult bands such as Flower Travellin’ Band, Blues Creation, Speed Glue & Shinki are well known to rock listeners all over the world. Heavy metal bands such as Loudness, BowWow (also known as VowWow) achieved moderate success in UK/Europe and USA. Japanese hardcore punk bands such as Gism, Lip Cream, Outo and S.O.B. have been very influential to bands such as Napalm Death. Then there’s the Boredoms and Melt Banana…..
 
However, when it comes to the words like RIFFS, DOOM, HEAVINESS, INTENSITY, and DENSITY, Tokyo based Church Of Misery is undoubtedly the most KILLER band from Japan. And their brand new opus Thy Kingdom Scum proves this fact once again. Church Of Misery have been awed and respected by many colleagues in the doom/extreme metal scene such as Cathedral, Eyehategod, High On Fire, Orange Goblin etc for their long term strenuous efforts.
 
Right after the release of their previous album Houses Of The Unholy (2009),hardcore-background-shouter Hideki Fukasawa left the band and went missing literally! After several years of absence, Hideki is now back and joining him is new guitar player Ikuma Kawabe( Dhidalah), who replaces Tom Sutton.
 
Thy Kingdom Scumis is COM’s 4^th full length record and is their most brutally heavy yet. The songwriting has matured and the individual performances more dynamic and intense. Dense and chunky riffs are mainly based on 70’s style hard rock/blues rock, which are combined with Hideki’s harcocre influenced growling the Kraut-rock-style-analog synthesizer. These elements add unique touches to their doom sound, making them totally different to any other bands currently in the scene. As usual. the bloodthirsty lyrics are all about the serial killers, which is another interest of the doom-riff-god Tatsu Mikami (bass guitar).

The mind-blowing sounds and sanguinary song themes mutually effected and this kind of mood is evidently doom. The cover song One Blind Mice was originally written by 70’s UK Hammond organ hard rock outfit Quatermass. The song was murdered by Church Of Misery and then was reborn as another evil ghoul. Their doom/psychedelic essences are dragged by 13-minute-epic Dusseldorf Monster (Peter Kurten). This kind of heavyweights are not often heard in current rock/metal genre in which lightweight scum are spreading here and there. Thy Kingdom Scum shows another criterion of doom/rock/metal,which should be.

Things are not looking good for As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis. At a bail hearing on Friday, the judge preciding only lowered his bail from $3 million to $2 million, a fee too large for Lambesis to afford. Lambesis had plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder after attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. New video footage has surfaced from inside the courtroom showing Lambesis' new defense attorney and his reaction when his new bail was set.

As I Lay Dying - Fiança Anunciada Sobre Caso de Possível Assassinato # Metal

Um relatório da San Diego Leitor afirma que do Tim Lambesis As I Lay Dying vocalista tem uma nova fiança   após sua fiança ter sido anunciada oralmente   foi acreditado para ser definido em US $ 3 milhões.A audição vai ser  em North County Courthouse Superior de San Diego.

Lambesis foi preso no início deste mês sob a acusação de organizar o assassinato de sua ex-esposa. A report by the San Diego Reader states that As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis is due to attend a new bail hearing today after his initial bail was believed to be set at $3 million.The hearing will take place in San Diego’s North County Superior Courthouse at 1.30pm local time.
Lambesis was arrested earlier this month on charges of attempting to organise the murder of his estranged wife. Lambesis has pleaded not guilty to the charges, despite the prosecution claiming that they have recorded evidence of the singer meeting with an undercover police officer to facilitate the killing, with Lambesis being accused of providing photos and address details as well as organising an alibi
