As I Lay Dying - Tim Lambesis Liberado Da Custódia #Metal

 
 Tim Lambesis vocalista do  As I Lay Dying passou a maior parte de maio, em um San Diego  depois de ser preso no dia 7 de maio por tentar contratar um assassino para matar sua esposa. O suposto assassino acabou sendo um policial disfarçado. Lambesis eventualmente declarou  inocente de uma acusação de aliciamento de assassinato com fiança de $ 2000000 dólar.

A partir de 18:34, esta noite, 30 de maio de Lambesis não está mais em custódia.

O xerife Departamento de San Diego recebeu o  e-mail enviado um alerta que Lambesis foi solto  a partir de 06:34..

De fato,olhando o site do Departamento de San Diego Sheriff mostra que Lambesis afirmou que "a pessoa que você está procurando não está sob nossa custódia".

Eu, pessoalmente, confirmaram  que Lambesis foi solto  sob fiança depois de olhar-lo em seu sistema interno.

Anteriormente, o juiz determinou que  Lambesis  deveria pagar  a  fiança,e que  teria que usar um braclet GPS e não podia sair de San Diego, a menos que ele estava visitando seu advogado. Ele também foi condenado a ficar longe de sua esposa e filhos.

As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis has spent the better part of May in a San Diego jail after being arrested on May 7th for attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. The supposed hitman ended up being an undercover cop. Lambesis eventually plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder with a $2 million dollar bail set .
As of 6:34pm this evening, May 30th, Lambesis is no longer in custody.
The San Diego Sheriff's Department has an email alert system sent an alert that Lambesis was released as of 6:34pm eastern time.
Indeed, a look up on the San Diego Sheriff's Department website shows that Lambesis stated "the person you are searching for is not in our custody."
I personally called the San Diego County Jail and an operator confirmed to me that Lambesis was released on bond after looking it up in their internal system.
Previously, the judge ruled that should Lambesis make bail, which he has, he would have to wear a GPS braclet and could not leave San Diego unless he was visiting his lawyer. He was also ordered to stay away from his wife and children.

New Details On AS I LAY DYING Frontman Tim Lambesis' Arrest, Lawyer Switchover

 

 

A few weeks back the world was shocked when As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was arrested for attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. The supposed hitman ended up being an undercover cop. Lambesis has been locked up ever since, pleading not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder with a $2 million dollar bail set. Today, new information has been released on how Lambesis was actually captured.
An anonymous witness of the arrest told the San Diego Reader exactly how it went down:

An employee of the Oceanside Barnes & Noble who did not want to be named recounted the May 7 bookstore bust of As I Lay Dying lead singer Tim Lambesis this way: “It was about 2 p.m. My buddy was outside the store doing face-painting and the cops told him that he needed to stop immediately and go inside. Tim [Lambesis] was there with a friend just browsing. I saw one special task-force cop, two regular officers, and two undercover officers. They just pushed everyone aside and handcuffed him. It all happened so fast. It seemed like they were planning it out for a long time.”

When we originally reported on the story, it was reported that Lambesis was arrested after soliciting an undercover cop. Could this "cop" be the "friend" in the story above?
Lambesis' next court date is currently scheduled for June 10th. At the bail hearing last week, Lambesis was accompanied by a new laywer, Thomas Warwick after originally being represented by Anthony Salerno. No word on why Salerno was let go, as he initially saved Lambesis from a potential life sentence. Salerno, in an interview alleged Lambesis was being set up as Lambesis' brother-in-law is a sheriff deputy. Lambesis new lawyer, Warwick claimed at last week's bail hearing that steroid use clouded Lambesis' judgement.

Este é o tipo de coisa que eu acho totalmente desconcertante. Quer dizer, eu entendo que  tem a ver com assunto heavy metal, em teoria, mas é totalmente inviável, pois  sério você daria às alguma garota no estilo bikinis thongs (depende de quem usaria o bikini ) em forma de pentagram.  Além de  bobo (sim bobo é o preço não o bikini e nem de quem vai usa-lo ) , é muito caro: US $ 55 biquíni e um adicional de quatorze dólares se você quiser cobrir sua barriga. Sim, é US $ 69.( mais um adicional isto  é coisa  do  DEMÔNIOOOO ) Eu não estava familiarizado com o custo bikinis femininos (e existe bikini masculino por acaso ), mas eu (ele o cara que escreveu) fiz algumas pesquisas, e para comprar um biquíni não pentagram da H & M iria custar cerca de US $ 25. Então, isso equivale a pagar mais para um produto só porque ele tem o logotipo de uma banda em que nem sequer tem o logotipo de uma banda nele e sim Pentagrama - apenas a promessa estúpida as pessoas confundindo-lo com  simbolo judaico.

This is the kind of thing I find totally baffling. I mean I understand that it’s metal in theory, but it’s totally impractical because it seriously will give women a pentagram tan line, and that’s gonna look totally silly. Also, it’s overpriced: $55 for the bikini and an additional fourteen bucks if you want to cover your tummy. (Yes, it’s $69. How did it not occur to the purveyors of MASSblack that this would elicit chuckles? One dollar more or less, and it would have been a moot point!) Granted, I was not that familiar with the cost of women’s swimwear, but I did some research, and to buy a non-pentagram bikini from H&M would cost about $25. So this the equivalent of paying more than you should have to for a product just because it has a band’s logo on it, only this doesn’t even have a band’s logo on it (Pentagram would be the obvious choice) — just the promise of stupid people mistaking you for a very religious Jew all summer long.

Lambesis was arrested earlier this month on charges of attempting to organise the murder of his estranged wife. Lambesis has pleaded not guilty to the charges, despite the prosecution claiming that they have recorded evidence of the singer meeting with an undercover police officer to facilitate the killing, with Lambesis being accused of providing photos and address details as well as organising an alibi

Parau - Death Metal Melodico de Bali - #WatchVideo #Metal

Uma das melhores bandas de Bali, misturando  metalcore melódico com elementos de death metal. Boa qualidade de som e composições interessantes fez esta banda  o orgulho da cena musical de Bali. Quando formada pela primeira vez em 30 de setembro de 2002, Parau foi fortemente influenciado pelo hardcore. e, em 2006, eles conseguiram lançar seu álbum de estréia intitulado "Surga Bencana". Ao longo do caminho, Parau também esteve envolvido em várias compilações em ambos Bali e Indonésia largura.

A receita para a música de Parau é bastante específico: as letras são sensíveis e inteligentes, comentando sobre relações  entre os seres humanos, bem como entre o homem e nosso Criador. De acordo com a Reuters, o Departamento de San Diego County Sheriff  que Lambesis procurou um cúmplice para matar sua esposa, e ele foi levado em custódia em Oceanside, Califórnia,  até ao detetive.


A informação chegou até nós na semana passada ", Jan Caldwell Xerife de Departamento San Diego County  , porta-voz disse à Reuters." Agimos rapidamente . Acredito que evitamos  uma grande tragédia ".

Lambesis disse que se considera um cristão e reconhece que ele encontra inspiração para conteúdo lírico dos textos bíblicos. Ele é extremamente prolífico, tendo lançado oito álbuns com As I Lay Dying, entre 2001 e 2012, bem como cinco lançamentos através de seu projeto solo de lado Austrian Death Machine, onde ele canta e toca  todos os instrumentos. As I Lay Dying singer Tim Lambesis was arrested Tuesday (May 7) after allegedly soliciting an undercover police officer to have his estranged wife killed.
According to Reuters, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department learned that Lambesis sought an accomplice to kill his wife, and he was taken into custody in Oceanside, California, after reaching out to the detective.
"The information came to us late last week," San Diego County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Jan Caldwell told Reuters. "We acted quickly on it. I believe that we averted a great tragedy."
Lambesis has said he considers himself to be a Christian and acknowledges that he finds inspiration for lyrical content from biblical texts. He is incredibly prolific, having released eight albums with As I Lay Dying between 2001 and 2012, as well as five releases via his solo side project Austrian Death Machine, where he sings and performs on all instruments. He also produced 11 albums for other artists and is part owner of Lambesis Studios.
Representatives from Metal Blade, the record label for As I Lay Dying, were not available for comment. There is no word on whether Lambesis already has an attorney.
In 2008, As I Lay Dying were nominated for the Best Metal Performance Grammy for their song "Nothing Left." As I Lay Dying's 2012 album Awakened peaked at #11 on the Billboard albums chart, while 2010's The Powerless Rise hit #10, and 2007's An Ocean Between Us debuted at #8.
Back in '07, Lambesis talked to MTV News about Ocean and how, lyrically, it deals with the idea that "we no longer have the same dreams as the rest of the world, that all of the qualities of life that it seems we're taught we should focus on, whether it be money or a certain type of education or a certain type of job — the dreams that are handed down to us — it's about how we have nothing in common with those dreams anymore. It's about the whole idea of fulfillment — if you do these things and take these steps, you will be happy — and how really, wealth, the prestige of being in a band, all that stuff is ultimately meaningless."

The Ocean Versão Do Novo Album "Pelegial" em Instrumental #Nowplayingmusic #Metal

The sixth album from German post-metal doombringers the Ocean is huge: Written, recorded, and to-be-played live as a 53-minute work, intended to respresent a sloooow plunge into the darkest depths of the briny deep. In the course of the record, tender piano interludes get stomped on by Mastodon-shaped footprints, lush strings work next to bulldozing double-kick work, and, at the end, the submarine crashes at Melvins tempos
Originally concieved as an instrumental album while vocalist Loïc Rossetti was conquering health problems, the band ultimately recorded a vocal version — and both the vocal and instrumental versions will be packaged together. Says guitarist Jonathan Nido in a statement: "Loïc is the frontman of this band and we all felt that the Ocean and this album needed him, and though we were all quite used to the instrumentals, I'm glad we decided to record vocals in the end, because it really adds a new dimension to the album that was not there before."

 The SPIN office, however, actually prefers the instrumentals: take note fans of Isis, Caspian, Pelican, and the Godspeed songs that soundtrack zombie movies. Who needs words when you got actions?
