Korn - O Retorno de Brian "Head " Welch a banda #soundcloud

It didn’t take a crystal ball to see this chain of events coming: first guitarist/Jesus freak Brian “Head” Welch re-joined Korn for some shows in Europe, and then they announced he’d be doing a tour with them in the U.S., too, and now, Rolling Stone reports, he’s back in the band for the making of their new album:

“Welch last played with Korn on their 2003 album Take a Look in the Mirror, but the guitarist felt an instant reconnection with his bandmates. ‘We knew we would have a blast playing together, because we love each other so much, but we really wanted to make sure the music felt right before we committed to making a whole album together,’ Welch tells Rolling Stone. ‘But since we got in the studio, everything just started pouring out, now I can’t wait until our fans hear this stuff!’”

Not that it really matters who’s in this band; if they ever had any mojo at all, they lost it long ago (their last few albums couldn’t muster anything even approximating a “Blind” or “Falling Away from Me”). And I find it hard to believe that Head was the missing ingredient, given that his own post-Korn output was also totally abysmal. The same Rolling Stone article features a video of a new song the band is working on, and it sounds, well, amateurish — like something you’d hear kids at a music school jamming on in the halls as they wait for their lesson to begin. It also sounds to me like the band may be chasing the djent trend, although I guess we’ll have to wait and see on that one.
Whatever. As sure as the sun will rise, this album will suck sweaty cheese nuts.

Não precisou ter uma  bola de cristal para ver este monte eventos próximos: com o  guitarrista   virado em Cristo Brian "Head" Welch retornou ao Korn para alguns shows na Europa, e, em seguida, eles anunciaram que ele estaria fazendo uma turnê com eles nos EUA,e agora a Rollinng Stones confirma que ele está de volta à banda para fazer um novo álbum:



     "Welch  tocou pela última vez com o Korn em seu álbum de 2003  o guitarrista sentiu uma nova ligação  com seus colegas de banda. "Nós sabíamos que teríamos uma explosãotocando juntos, porque nós nos amamos muito, mas nós realmente queríamos ter certeza de a música que ele sentiria bem  em fazer um álbum inteiro juntos", Welch diz à Rolling Stone. "Mas desde que chegamos no estúdio, tudo só começou a ser divulgado, agora eu não posso esperar até que nossos fãs ouçam  essas coisas! '"

. O mesmo artigo da Rolling Stone apresenta um vídeo de uma nova música da banda está trabalhando, e soa bem, amadora - como   crianças em uma escola de música tocando em nos corredores enquanto esperam a lição para começar . Além disso, parece-me que a banda pode estar perseguindo a tendência djent, embora eu acho que nós vamos ter que esperar e ver em que um.
